The smoking policy in the lobby bar could be improved for a more pleasant atmosphere!!! The organization and coordination issues at check-in made for a frustrating start to our stay!!!

Amazing ski getaway!
Spent 4 nights here with my family, and it was awesome! The rooms are super comfy, and the outdoor hot pool after a day on the slopes was a game changer. We also loved grabbing in-room breakfast, perfect for fueling up before skiing! Only thing, the breakfast area felt a bit crowded at times.

Recommend it for families looking for luxury
This hotel is incredibly luxurious and spacious! We got upgraded to a Junior Suite with a stunning mountain view, it was like living in a postcard. Plus, the SPA was amazing, with couple of saunas and an outdoor infinity pool that just blew my mind after a long day of skiing. We loved the welcome drink they gave us upon arrival, such a nice touch after the drive.
It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Fewer stairs for easier access would be ideal.

The Junior Suite was super spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing mountain view from our balcony, which was really a nice touch. The bed was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Just wish the room had a bit more space for changing clothes, it felt cramped with three of us in there at one point. really enjoyed the stay!
